When you click onto a category several subcatorgies will be opened up were you will find individual items.
Thumbnail images are provided of all products, these can be enlarged by clicking onto image.
If you are looking for a particular item please use the search facility.

TO MAKE A PURCHASE :

If multi choice item, make a selection from the dropdown menu by highlighting and clicking onto it. Select quantity required, this will usually be set to 1, but can be changed to any amount required. Click add to cart, at the top of the selected product page, confirmation of item and amount that have been added will be displayed. For multi choice you will need to repeat this action for each selection.

SHOPPING CART:

The contents and running total of your cart, is displayed at the bottom left of the page, in all windows. Click on view cart to see detailed information and images, of products you have selected, if you wish to revise your choice you can modify the amount, or remove items completely by clicking on the appropriate button. You can either continue shopping, or proceed to checkout, by selecting relevant options at bottom of page.

CHECKOUT:

Click on the checkout button, step-by-step instructions are provided to help you complete your purchase.
All prices include VAT at 17.5%

PAYMENTS:

Card transactions are processed by Protex. This means that when you elect to pay by debit or credit card, a window to a secure encrypted server will open, and all your details are entered here, we do not retain any information about your card details on our system.

If you are unhappy to use the internet for card payments you make contact us by phone 01642 801888 and we can discuss other options

We will accept payments by cheque but please note orders will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared at the bank, this can take up to seven days, please print and send copy of invoice with cheque if using this method.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We hold stock of all items on the website, but in unusually busy times, we may occasionally become out of stock of an item.

If we are confident that a delivery is due we will contact you and ask if you would like to pay for the article and it be sent as soon as possible, otherwise it will be ducted form your invoice, before payment is taken

PRIVACY

We will only collect information that is necessary to process your order, which is securely destroyed after use. We will never pass any information to a third party

DELIVERY CHARGES

DELIVERY

It is our aim to despatch you order within 1-2 working days, (Monday-Friday), after it is received. Orders received Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays, will be despatched next working day. All parcels are sent either Royal Mail or courier at our discretion, depending on size and weight. A signature will be required on receipt of parcel, please ensure packaging is intact and if damaged this must be documented on delivery record when signing. If several unsuccessful attempts are made to deliver and order it may be returned, in this instant, You will be refunded for the goods less delivery and any additional charges incurred due to its return. If you have not received your order within 7 working days please contact us to follow up

INCORRECT ORDERS

All orders are double checked, and every effort is made to ensure parcel contents is correct.

Any discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours after parcel delivery

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

All returns must be pre-authorised, please contact us either by e-mail or phone for a returns number to be issued

Damaged in transit items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Faulty items please contact us for advise on action.

In the above circumstances if item is deemed to be damaged or faulty on inspection, a replacement or full refund including any charge incurred for return will be issued.

RETURNS

All returns must be pre-authorised, please contact us either by e-mail or phone for a retuns number to be issued

If you decide you do not want an item it can be returned if you contact us within 7 working days of receipt

IT MUST BE UNUSED ANSD ALL ORIGINAL PACKING INTACT

Refund will only be issued after it has been returned and all the above conditions verified

Refunds will not include any delivery charges either way

Please ensure return parcels are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit as this may effect your refund. We also suggest that you acquire proof of posting

If a large percentage of a delivery free order is returned an additional charge for original delivery cost may be applied
